Centralized multiuser Fax/e-mail/SMS system.

It's possible to rationalize the firm messages through an only modem/fax and some online computers..

One or more FAX.server control the fax/e-mail/sms posting and receipt. In the other firm departments, FAX.client is used to forward and examine all messages

FAX.net saves all messages.

FAX.client automatically sends all the internal messages (mail, fax...)to the addressee without using any other mail software

FAX.net can automatically send documents from other softwares ( i.e. orders from the managerial software).

FAX.clients  may have different levels of functionality

FAX.client can send faxes/e-mails/sms from any other software. They interact with FAX.net such as with a printer.

Each FAX.client can have its own phonebook.,that can be also outside FAX.net

Fundamental functionalities:

• Fax/e-mail posting - from every application program - through the printer's driver;
• Immediate fax/e-mail posting through  "Immediate FAX.net "
• Fax/e-mail posting through a batch control. It can be used also from other application programs;
• You can use the internal phonebook or fasten  FAX.net to an already existing one;
• Immediate or deferred posting;
• Posting to groups of addressees;
• Immediate posting through preplanned models that can be modified or added.You are notified of the delivery and you can print the receipt.
• Fax receipt with automatic sender individuation
• Fax receipt with automatic display/print;
• Layout for the sent/received faxes display;
• It's possible to resend faxes via e-mail;
• Electronic mail software without any supporting external programs;
