Time-Check is configurated to fully satisfy the needs of every Copany. The database used is MDB one not protected in a way that the user may add tables, query,... Thedata processing procedure si adatt automatically adapting to the add of possible tables in the principal database.
There are differents working modality of Time-Check. Once personalized, every Company will find only the intrested function on menu.

Basic structure

Operators
For each operator can be indicated more than a cost per hour (e.g. ordinary and extraordinary .).
In the card are indicated contractual daily hours for each dayof the week, in this way is possible to calculate automatically the overtime.
To each operator it can be combined a barcode and a magnetic badge.
The operato can be organized in groups.
In some cases it can be intresting to con bine to a certain work an operator card . One of these situation is when the machine has a considerable price and carries out many activities without the presence of the operator, with this modality will be possible to analize the productivity of the machine like an operator.

Workings
In this table are contained all the possible activity that can done in the Company. For each working is possible to indicate many cost price and many sell price . Workings can be gouped in working center,they can schedul the generation of a productwith a control of conformity and they can automatically activate the state change of an order.
In each order each working can be personalized.

Materials
Are used for the unloading of the material. If necessary this table can be imported from pre-existent menagement.

Customers
Are used to the definition of the order . If necessary this table can be imported from a pre-existent menagement

Absences
To have a complete presence menagement, it is possible to indicate any possible absences with their causes and time .

Orders
The activity in the Company can be final analized or be characterized from a preventive phase throughthe definition of the order.
The order card is very different from a Company to Company. The essential and common parts are:

I dati raccolti tramite le diverse periferiche vengono automaticamente smistate in base alla loro natura e sono disponibili in tempo reale per monitorare le attività all'interno dell'azienda

Analysis

Presence coupon
In qualsiasi momento si può richiedere la visualizzazione e/o stampa delle presenze di uno o più operatori per il periodo d'interesse.
Vengono mostrati operatore per operatore le giornate lavorate con la distinta delle ore ordinarie e straordinarie, e le eventuali assenze.

Final Order

Sono diverse le tipologie di analisi che si possono effettuare sulla singola commessa (o gruppo di commesse) ognuna delle quali distinta da una particolare riclassificazione dei dati. Tra queste : con totali per singolo operatore, con totali per singola lavorazione, con dettaglio per operatore e lavorazione, confronto con la preventivazione, costo industriale,...

Operators
Anche qui diverse sono le tipologie di analisi che si possono effettuare sui dati relativi ad uno o più operatore: dettaglio per singolo giorno, raggruppamento per lavorazione, impegno in una commessa, movimentazione materiale,...

Workings
Come per gli operatori sono possibili diversi tipi di riclassificazioni: dettaglio per singolo giorno, raggruppamento per operatori, impegno in una commessa, prodotti finiti,...

Materials
Consuntivo dei materiali utilizzati, confronto con il preventivo, passaggio al gestionale, costi,...

Collection Lists
Controllo liste di prelievo, passaggio al gestionale.
 

Other analysis
Impegno risorse attuale, disponibilità preventivo,storico dei passaggi effettuati su un prodotto per individuare " chi, come e quando " l'abbia realizzato,...
